Copy editors are accountable to review content for the publications of their company that could include magazines, newspapers newsletters, websites, newsletters mass emails, and other written material. They must make sure that the content is correct and free of grammatical and spelling mistakes. They may collaborate with writers and other employees within the organization to correct mistakes and ensure that they are prepared to be published.
