A facility and building manager is accountable for repairs, maintenance and renovations. They supervise employee and visitor security and ensure that the facility adheres to the applicable safety and environmental rules and regulations. The facility and building manager is also responsible for security of the facility as well as the development and oversight of emergency plans to deal with a range of emergencies.
