They utilize various technological tools to communicate with students and they must develop efficient tools that can be utilized in classrooms.

Facilitators evaluate the students' progress using various scales and then report their findings and should inspire students to complete the tasks. They can deliver their lessons in person or via digital formats and need to establish trust and assist students to help them remember concepts. They can collect feedback through surveys and utilize that information to improve their offerings, and also pull information from sources that are approved and prepare presentation under the guidance of a learning supervisor.
