There are many sales jobs available in almost every industry. These include agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and property management. The management of sales teams is essential. This course will equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to be a successful sales manager. The course covers all aspects of sales management including planning, organizing, selecting, motivating and supervising the sales team, territory management and administration, as well as sales and expense forecasting. You will also learn about common sales management issues and possible solutions. You will also meet other experienced sales managers, who will share their knowledge and experience.
