Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM), Tiruchirapalli was established in the year 1984. The institute was established by Bharathidasan who was a great poet and freedom fighter. The campus is spread over 18 acres of land. It is a private co-educational institute. Total 12 faculty members are available at the campus. BIM Trichy is affiliated to Bharathidasan University. The institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, New Delhi.
