These provisioning specialists must be familiar with HDSL (high-bit-rate digital subscriber line), DSL (digital subscriber line), LSI (large scale integration), and NPAC (number portability administration center), and prior experience in telecommunications and the ability to research and resolve issues in a timely manner are also important. They must also be able to understand and adapt to new and changing trends in the industry and train other employees regarding these trends.
