Sales and service advisors are accountable for boosting sales and providing excellent customer service to customers for their company. They are responsible for giving customers the most relevant details about the products or services that are offered and closing sales, assisting in increasing the loyalty of customers and brand as well as responding to customer questions or complaints in a timely way. They utilize personal computers to maintain accurate records of interactions with customers to be able to refer back later.
