This microcredential is a solid foundation and introduction into Agile Leadership and Management. It was created by The Open University and The Agile Business Consortium. It combines evidence-based training and good practice principles with tools and tools.

This course is designed to equip leaders and people who want to lead teams with the strategies and tools they need to help them succeed. This course will help you improve your knowledge and skills in Agile principles as well as gain practical leadership competence.

Agile can be described as a way of working and a way of thinking. Agile allows teams to stay productive, focus on customers and adapt to changing environments. It also helps to build resilience and sustainability to achieve better outcomes.

You'll learn Agile working through practice and research-based strategies.

This course is based upon material from the Agile Consortium, who have sought out the best sources and engaged thought-leaders to define Agile leadership through nine core principles.

You will learn the principles and tools of Agile leadership. This will help you to increase your confidence in leading and empowering highly engaged teams in an Agile environment. Your emotional intelligence, resilience, communication skills, and self-awareness will all be developed. These are all important skills for effective leadership.

This course is focused on your professional development and gives you the chance to apply what you have learned to your situation. This course will help you create an action plan that turns your learning into concrete action. It will address workplace challenges and give you skills that can be immediately applied to your job to promote change, empower others and make a positive difference.

A Bachelors degree or an equivalent level qualification

If you do not have a degree or equivalent level qualification you may find the PG level assessment challenging
