Course Description

Analysts from all industries can use data from the United States Census Bureau. This course will show students how to use the Census tabular data and the spatial data in R. It will also focus on tidycensus, which allows you to acquire data from the US Census and American Community surveys in an easy-to-use format. This course also contains the tigris package, which allows you to access Census geographic information within R.
