Course Description

You can get the most out of your team by using coaching techniques that encourage collaboration and performance.

This two-week course will teach you how to coach athletes with an athlete-centered approach.

You will learn to communicate with your team members and coach them, and how to focus on their needs. This will help you create the best experience possible for them.

To evaluate the differences between athlete-centred and coach-centred approaches, you will use Ken Wilber's Integral Matrix. This will allow you to reflect on the impact of different coaching styles on team performance.

You can create your own plan to help your athletes learn how to think. You'll be able to help them evaluate their past performances and plan for the future.

This course will help you understand the difference between coaching science and art, and how to adapt different approaches to your particular context.

You will understand the importance and benefits of reviewing and planning, and how coaching with athletes in mind can make the difference between success or failure.
