Course Description

Coaching is an essential part of creating a team environment.

This course is two weeks long and will teach you how to support your team members, promote inclusion, and use various strategies.

You will learn how to create a team that works together and achieves your team's goals.

You will learn how to encourage growth in your team by understanding the stages of team development, including the change cycle and team bank balance, as well as the performance clock.

You will need to adapt your approach to work with both established and new teams. There are some key differences between working with established and new teams. The frameworks that can be used to support new teams will be identified and the potential challenges faced in each case.

As your team grows, you'll learn how important it is to monitor conflict and reflect on changes.

This course will help you understand how coaches can create and sustain a positive culture in the workplace and how to implement these ideas in your own team.

You'll be able to build a team environment that encourages growth and shares an interest in achieving team goals by the end of the course.
