Course Description

Effective communication is essential to lead a data-driven company. This will help create a culture that encourages ethical behavior. Communicating with stakeholders can help guide an organization's strategy, and possibly impact the future of that entity or organization. You can't just talk about ethical practices. You need to communicate their value to stakeholders. Strategies that are inclusive and relateable can help build trust and loyalty. Knowing how to prepare for a crisis will also reduce the damage to this trust.

This fourth course in the CertNexus Certified Ethical Emerging Technologist professional certificate will help learners develop inclusive strategies for communicating business impacts to stakeholders. They will also design communication strategies that reflect ethical principles and policies. In the event of an ethical crisis, they will be able to deal with the media and manage the crisis to minimize business impact. This is the fourth course in the Certified Ethical Emerging Technologist professional certificate. The courses that preceded this one are entitled Promoting the ethical use of data-driven technologies, Turning ethical frameworks into actionable steps, and Detecting and mitigating ethical risks.
