Course Description

Python allows you to analyze data. This course will teach you how to analyze data using Python. This course will teach you how to prepare data for analysis and perform statistical analysis. You'll also learn how to create meaningful visualizations of data and predict future trends.

The topics covered include: 1) Importing Datasets (2) Cleaning the Data (3) Data frame manipulations 4) Summarizing Data 5) Building machine-learning regression models 6) Data analysis with Python will be taught through lab and assignments. The course includes the following sections: Data Analysis libraries: Students will be able to use Pandas and Numpy libraries to analyze a sample dataset. We will show you pandas, an open source library. It will be used to load, manipulate and analyze cool datasets. We will then introduce you to scikit-learn which is an open-source library. It uses machine learning algorithms to create smart models and make predictions. You will receive an IBM digital badge if you take the Coursera course and earn a certificate. LIMITED TIME OFFER: A subscription costs $39 USD per Month for access to graded material and a certificate.
