Course Description

How do you choose which problem to solve? This two-week course will teach you how to quickly solve problems and sharpen your decision-making skills.

By developing critical skills, you will be able to solve problems in the workplace and at home. You'll also learn how to make a plan that convinces others your ideas are viable. You will be able to evaluate your problem-solving abilities and how to improve them.

You'll be able to use SWOT analysis to help you identify the root problems and prioritize when it seems like everything is urgent. Once you are able to identify and understand a problem, you will be able to evaluate the pros and cons of different solutions and how to minimize risks.

This information will help you create a persuasive plan that demonstrates your best solutions. Your business case will also be peer-reviewed to allow you to get feedback. You will be able to solve real-world problems, and convince others of your ideas by the end.
