Course Description

This course is part of the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Program, which includes eight courses that prepare you to take the International Association of Six Sigma Certifications (IASSC), Black Belt exam. To be prepared for the exam, we recommend that you complete all eight courses. This online Design of Experiments course will teach you the Design of Experiments (DOE). You will learn the Design of Experiments online course. This design technique can be used in many different ways. This technique can be used by analysis teams using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. It is also useful for those who are involved in leading or managing them. This technique is very useful in identifying the key parameters that will determine the performance of a product, process, and system. This technique is very useful when you are in the discovery mode of analysis. This course can also be taken as a stand-alone course to increase proficiency and expand your skills set in any industry that has responsibility for technology deployment, product or process development.
