This course will teach you about exercise psychology and their relationship to current issues in sports, health, and fitness. As you learn about three mental skill training methods and their applications, you'll discover the link between the brain in exercise and sport. These psychological training techniques can improve athletic performance by combining psychological knowledge with scientific research and applying case studies.
