Course Description

Every event happens somewhere. A database stores the exact location of these events. This is becoming more common. It is true that 80% of data contains a spatial component. What can we do using spatial data? Spatial statistics is an excellent way to make use of this data. It is crucial to consider the location of everything in our lives. This includes traffic collisions, disease outbreaks, and gold mines in the mountains. This course will teach you how to use spatial data analysis. This course will help you understand the basics of spatial analysis and the types of statistical problems that they can cause. This course will teach you how to analyze a maze made up of dots on a map and uncover meaningful insights.
