User Research and Design

This course will teach you how to conduct user research and explore early UI design possibilities. You will first learn and practice various techniques for user research including in-person research, survey, and log-analysis techniques. Next, you'll learn how to analyse and present user research in forms that support UI Design, such as personas and use cases, tasks and scenarios. You will also learn and practice ideastion techniques that take user research into account and broaden your potential design ideas.
