Business Strategy in Practice (Project-centered Course)

The Capstone Project is an assignment that demonstrates the skills and knowledge gained in the Specialization. The Business Strategy Capstone Project is a comprehensive Strategic Analysis that allows you to combine concepts and knowledge from all four courses within the specialization. This course was developed by the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia. You will be guided through the project by top-ranked faculty. You can continue working with the same organization as in previous assignments, or choose to work with a different organization. The Executive Summary will include an analysis of the current situation of the organization and the strategic issues facing it. The final project will be an artifact that demonstrates your ability to research an organization and use the appropriate analytical tools. It will also demonstrate your ability build a case for a particular position and communicate key points effectively with executives.
