The University of Manchester

The University of Manchester is a renowned public research university, located in the first modern industrial city of the world. It is one of the largest universities in the UK with around 38,000 students currently enrolled. The university was established in 2004, after the amalgamation of Victoria University of Manchester and the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology. The University of Manchester is a member of the Russell Group and famous for its academic and research excellence.
