The regional human resources manager provides leadership and guidance to all human resources specialists and employees in their region. They lead and organize region-wide initiatives and directives. The regional human resources manager takes direction from a senior member of the corporate human resources department and is responsible for tasking their team with accomplishing any goals and directives as assigned. A potential candidate should have eight to 10 years in human resources, with an emphasis on leading others and oversight of multiple areas. The regional human resources manager must have excellent communication skills and have a general understanding of the full scope of business, not just human resources.
