With a rich history of over 700 years, Sapienza is the oldest and largest university in Europe that promotes excellent research, teaching and multicultural inclusivity. The university is home to 115,375 students currently including 9,863 international students and 18,993 graduate students. Sapienza offers around 287 UG and PG programs, out of which 55 programs are delivered in English.Sapienza is quite affordable for international students as the fees are something around 1000 EUR. International candidates willing to enroll into a program must submit a certification of proficiency in the English language of at least B2 level or equivalent TOEFL or IELTS score. The students wishing to pursue medicine and surgery have to appear for a mandatory admissions test.
