Why would you create a 2D character? This type of character can be used to quickly achieve goals and produce results. A 3D animated short film can take up to a week to create a character. This course will teach you how to create a working character in less than an hour. With simple modifications, you can create endless characters.

This course will show you how to create a 2D character that you can animate. This course will not cover animation, but you can see how easy it is.

Another reason to use character, such as those we will create in the course, is that we can render over a dozen frames per minute, where we could take up to ten minutes if we made a short film using 3D.
