Architectural Rendering for an Exterior 3D View using Adobe Photoshop (for Architects)

This class will help you understand Photoshop's workings and focus on the most important aspects for architects and students of architecture. This understanding will be gained by creating a render of a 3D image in Photoshop. You will transform it from a simple line drawing to a fully-fledged 3D rendering that you can use for architectural visualization and posters. Although you don't need to have any previous experience with Photoshop, you will need to have a working copy of Photoshop on your computer.

This class will teach you (for both Windows & MacOS)

• All relevant Photoshop tools for architecture students/architects.
• What are the main elements of Photoshop? How to use shortcuts to get around them.
• Importing textures or colouring materials
• Adding images to create more elements.
• Adding figures or people in three styles: realistic (from scratch), cartoonish, and silhouettes.
• Final touches to the render.
