Course Description

This video series will prepare you for the Cisco 200-125 CCNA Route and Switching exam. This course is for those who have basic knowledge of IP addresses and a good understanding network fundamentals. This course will explain the routing and switching concepts needed to manage small- to medium-sized branch networks in an enterprise. The course covers the installation, configuration, and operation of basic IPv4/IPv6 networks, as well as the configuration of LAN routers, switches, and the basics of network troubleshooting.

John Pickard teaches undergraduate computer technology and information courses at East Carolina University, Greenville, North Carolina. John Pickard is a Cisco Certified Network Academy Instructor and has over 16 years experience in network engineering. He holds many certifications, including CCNP, IPv6 Forum Certified Trainer and Gold Engineer, as well as numerous other certifications (CCNP, IPv6 forum Certified Gold Engineer, and Trainer). and a PhD in Technology Management at Indiana State University.
