Connecting Rasa Chatbot to External Platforms

This 1-hour-long project-based course will teach you how to connect Rasa Chatbot with external platforms. First, we will look at how to enable encrypted connection (HTTPS), using a proxy server from Ngrok. Next, we will look at how to connect with Facebook Messenger via Facebook Developer Account. We will then look at how to create custom buttons such as quick replies and Carousel cards for listing elements. Next, we will look at how to connect the chatbot with Telegram and how you can customize buttons and attach attachments to a reply. We will also be looking at how to integrate the bot onto the business communication platform Slack. You will be able connect your chatbot with external users on public platforms by the end of this project. This course is best for learners who live in the North America region. We are currently working to offer the same experience in other areas.
