Course Description

This course focuses on teaching individuals how to design user-centered experiences, run experiments, and analyze data to validate and improve the user experience. By utilizing real-world examples, participants will gain the skills necessary to design, analyze, and validate experiments in the areas of user experience (UX), interaction design (IxD), and human-computer interaction (HCI). The course incorporates the use of the R statistical programming language to analyze multiple data sets. It is important to note that no programming knowledge is required; however, participants will need to be able to understand and modify provided code. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the ability to design, run, and analyze their own experiments, providing statistical weight to their designs. This training program is ideal for individuals seeking a comprehensive understanding of experimental design in order to enhance their user experience strategies.
