What is project management? What are the key concepts of project management What are the factors that affect the status of a project's progress? This course will help you answer these and other questions.

The fundamentals of project management will be covered, both from a theoretical and practical perspective. Project constraints, such as time and cost, will be covered.

We'll also examine the role and skills of project managers, and explore the possibilities for professional development.

You will discuss and show competence in starting and selecting a project within an organizational context.
