Course Description

This MODO tutorial will show you how to create a basic creature model. We will discuss mesh-based sculpting, which allows us to quickly shape and deform our geometry. In order to create detailed sculpted details, we will use image-based sculpting. This is a powerful method of creating displacement maps. We will also discuss multi-resolution sculpting. This workshop will cover how to set up a common type of MODO sculpting workflow and how to navigate the various levels. We'll be covering common sculpting tools and brush tips as well as nozzle settings to allow us to quickly detail our creatures. You'll be able to start sculpting MODO models by the end of the training. Modo 701 software required
