How Jeff Smith built an Agile culture at IBM

Jeff Smith was appointed IBM's CIO in 2014. Since then, he has played a second important role: transforming IBM’s internal software development culture into one that reflects the Agile, user-centered and data-driven approach that is characteristic of Silicon Valley startups today. Except that he is doing it for a team with 20,000 people and a company with more than 400,000 employees. Jeff will talk to us about what it takes for a 100-year-old company like his to change its course.
