Course Description

This tutorial will show you how to create live action shots with 3D elements. Learn video editing techniques, how to add 3D objects to live footage, animation, lighting, rendering for the project, and NUKE compositing. We will first learn about the settings on the DSLR Camera. Next, we will import our footage into Maya to add 3D elements. We'll then animate lighting and render in passes. These 3D passes will be used in NUKE to begin compositing. We will also learn how to use 3D passes in NUKE to create realistic effects. We'll also cover color correction, masking and rotoscoping in NUKE. Software required: Maya 2013, NUKE.
