Course Description

This course is the culmination and finalization of the Specialization in Cross-Industry Marketing & Cross Industry Growth. This course will help you to apply the knowledge gained during the five courses. It will also allow you to conduct an "action learning project" that will include the following:

1. Situation Analysis for the company or brand they choose.

2. Marketing Mix Analysis for the company or brand they choose.

3. Cross Country Innovation Plan for international expansion.

4. Cross-industry Innovation Plan for sourcing ideas and expanding into another industry.

These templates will be used to explain the analysis. An example case will be given by Yuhan Kimberly. These analyses will only be conducted if you choose a company to perform them. The purpose of the analysis is to give you an integrated set and allow you to apply them to a particular managerial situation or problem in a specific country. When creating your Cross Industry Innovation Plan, you will need to choose another industry from the ones listed in the Specialization: Healthcare, Hospitality and Entertainment. If you are a Healthcare professional and have done an analysis of the company, then you can conduct a Cross Industry Innovation Project using concepts from another industry like Entertainment.
