Intro to Graphic Design: Poster Design #005

Hello Everyone! Welcome to my Intro Do Graphic Design: Poster design #005.

This class will design three abstract posters in vibrant colors.

We will take you from concept, colour, layout, to the final product.

What will you learn?

Technical Tools:

• We will create custom grids/guides that are adapted to the poster design structure.
• Explore how to create custom, free-form gradients in Adobe Illustrator
• How to use blending modes in order to create colour effects and some production value in your designs
• Artboard management and organization

Conceptually.

• We will examine how abstraction can be used to create meaning.
• Use colours to create contrast and life in your designs
• Design theory: Like repetitions, scale, and movement
• Other tips and skills were also shared during the Class.

Who is this class for?

This class is for all skill levels. If you are just starting Adobe Illustrator, you will love the gradient tools. It's great fun and offers endless possibilities. Even if you're an experienced designer, the conceptual part of these lessons can still be valuable. It's eye-opening to watch someone else do it!
