This course will teach you how to set up, configure, and maintain Linux systems in a virtual lab environment.

This course will teach you how to create a virtual lab environment using a hypervisor like VMWare Player and VirtualBox. You will also learn how to use the Linux command-line interface. As you move forward, you will focus on installing Apache Web Server with Fedora Server. Later, you will explore file services and configuring Samba under Linux using Webmin. The course concludes with a demonstration of how to monitor Linux performance.

This course is designed for Linux Fedora, CentOS 7 or RHEL 7 RPM Linux systems. However, most of its content can be applied to Ubuntu-type distros. You will need to have a basic understanding of computers, operating systems, networking, and other essential skills to start this course.
