Migrating to GCP

This course teaches participants how to migrate workloads to Google Cloud Platform. This course will explain how to migrate from the original environment to the cloud. Participants will be introduced to the basic concepts of Google Cloud Platform and more detailed topics such as configuring networks and managing virtual machines. Participants will learn how to use Google Cloud Platform and how to utilize Google's workload mobility app, Migrate to Compute Engine. The training includes the installation and migration process. It also covers special features such as wave migrations and test clones. Topics related to governance include resource hierarchy, user identities, Active Directory, and cloud-based users. Participants will also learn how to log and monitor their environment using Stackdriver and leverage the elasticity and cloud with managed instances groups and use a global load balazer.
