Motion Graphics Animation in Maya: Animate A 3D Looping Mobius Strip

Learn how to quickly create a loopable and mesmerizing 'Mobius strip in Autodesk Maya.

This course will teach you:

• Basic tools of Maya
• Use and animate deformers
• Make a 'MASH network'
• How to customize the animation
• Shader Presets
• HDRI Image of Light
• Animation as an image sequence
• After Effects allows you to combine image sequences

You will need:

• Autodesk Maya (free trial available)
• After Effects or something similar to compile the image sequence (free test here).

This course was created for beginners or anyone who is new to 3D and frustrated by the time it takes to create something in 3D. This course takes only 35 minutes.

To keep the course short, I move very fast. So don't be afraid to ask questions in the Discussion area.

You can download the project files from the Projects & Resources Tab. Once you are done, please share your work there in a Project.
