Course Description

The number of obesity-related diseases and diet-related illnesses is on the rise. This course will examine the link between diet and disease, and how diet can impact weight management. The latest research will be examined to see if poor nutrition can cause ill health and whether it can prevent common diseases like cancer.

We will also discuss micronutrients and how they can affect health. You'll also learn whether supplements can be used to support a healthy diet.
