Play by Play: Ruby API Design with Jim Weirich

Jim Weirich is the creator of Ruby's ubiquitous Rake tool. He is the Chief Scientist of EdgeCase, and is a well-known speaker and teacher. We wanted to see Jim design an API from scratch, given his proven abilities in programming APIs. He was given the task of creating a library to enforce HTML form security. This library prevents users from altering data models without their permission.
