Quantra environment is a zero installation solution for beginners who want to learn Python programming. You don't need to install or download anything while learning. You can still use the information later to implement it on your own system. You can download all the Quantra portal notebooks at the end each course. They can also be used in your local system in the same way as the portal. All such code files can be modified, tweaked or reworked by the user as needed. To make your trading strategy more relevant to real-world situations, we encourage you to incorporate different concepts from different learning tracks.

Can I make sure I make money if I add the Quantra code into my trading system?

No. No. It takes a lot of work to backtest any strategy. After that, we refine the strategy parameters and then we see how the strategy performs on paper trading before finally implementing the live execution of trades.
