Python in a Pandemic: How Liberty Mutual Insurance Used Pluralsight Workshops To Overcome Travel and Budget Constraints

Liberty Mutual Insurance recognized a need in multiple technology areas for Python skills. A blended learning approach would enable technologists without programming experience to learn the language while still having the opportunity to practice with live instructors. Liberty worked with Pluralsight Authors to create and deliver a blended learning course that included live instruction, book references and an in-browser code environment. Pluralsight self-paced content was also used. Participants have given amazing feedback. Liberty will offer a second cohort to the Workshop, and plans to continue the program in the same format for experienced Python developers.
