Course Description

These lessons will cover creating a sheet of metal for an electrical enclosure. The enclosure is confined and driven using a design envelope. This lesson will show you how to create an electrical enclosure that houses equipment for automated assembly line processing machines. Learn how to apply basic properties to your sheet metal parts, including a base, edge, miter, and vent fastener features, as well as other options and methods. Finally, you will have a model of a sheet metal piece that can be used to build an electrical enclosure. SOLIDWORKS 2012 or higher is required.
