Course Description

This course will teach you how to analyze data to determine statistical control and process stability. It is important to have a stable process before performing statistical hypothesis testing. With R software, you will create statistical process control charts that can be used to analyze continuous and discrete data. Data sets will be analyzed for statistical control with control rules that are based on probabilities. You will also learn how to evaluate a process in terms of its ability to meet specifications (internal or external) and make decisions regarding process improvement.
