Roles & Responsibilities

As a Document Controller with 0-3 years of experience in the AE, your main responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.Ensure all project documents are properly filed and easily accessible
  • Control the distribution of documents to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Manage the flow of documents to the right people at the right time
  • Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.Develop and enforce processes for document control to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by project teams.
