Description

The Purchaser is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required by the company. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and develop a procurement strategy to meet those needs efficiently and cost-effectively. The Purchaser will conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify potential vendors and ensure the company is getting the best quality products at the most competitive prices. They will manage vendor relationships by monitoring supplier performance, resolving any issues that may arise, and negotiating contracts and terms of agreement. The Purchaser will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receipts.
