Electrical supervisors are experienced electricians who oversee a team of electricians. The supervisor’s job is to motivate those working under them and instruct them how to perform job duties. The typical responsibilities for electrical supervisors on a day-to-day basis are making schedules, assigning work to staff members, training employees, motivating electricians, increasing productivity in the workplace, and making sure that all workplace goals are met.
