The principal UX (UX) Designer is in charge of UX design initiatives, working with teams across functional lines to design engaging and memorable user experiences. They are accountable for establishing and sustaining design standards guidelines, guidelines, and the best practices. As an expert in the field they provide UX guidance and mentoring for other design professionals. The principal UX Designer conducts user research as well as analyzes data and transforms the findings into design enhancements. Roles & Responsibilities

As a Principal User Experience Designer with 0-3 years of experience in the United States, your main responsibilities include:
