Business analysts in operations are responsible of conducting thorough, precise analysis of their company's current business processes. Their primary responsibilities include collecting data and implementing solutions to for business requirements. They create precise reports based on their suggestions and present their findings (in written form and in presentations) to the upper management. Business operations analysts conduct gap analysis, assist with the collection of data, and collect documents. They also review the business processes across departments to improve effectiveness.

An undergraduate degree from management, business analysis finance, finance, or any related field is required to be considered for this job. Experience in a similar role is desirable.
