The specialist assists the project manager break down the project into parts which can be delegated and then assists in the delegated tasks. As each task is completed the specialist in client services creates reports that describe the progress of the project as well as team performance and inventory of supplies. After the task is completed performed by technical team members, the specialist in client services assists the project manager in the integration process and test.
