The supply chain administrator supervises and coordinates the key components of the supply chain of a franchise. The main duties of the supply chain manager are encouraging teamwork between the sales team and the customer service team creating and implementing policies regarding general procedures and logistics as well as maintaining the overall inventory in line with the demand.
