They should stay current with any changes to the rules of the government and regulations pertaining to accounting rules, administrative rules, procedures, as well as financial reports. They should have previous managerial or supervisory experience.
They should have exceptional leadership abilities. Computer skills that are strong, such as proficiency in Microsoft and their organization's computer system are frequently required.
